1. Overview of Services
SoulCoded offers custom songwriting services including:
- Personalized lyrics and melodies based on submitted stories.
- Custom cover art (AI-generated).
- Audio demos, TikTok-ready versions, and optional lyric videos.
Each product is tailored to the customer’s submission and may include written, visual, or audio content depending on the package chosen.
2. Ordering Process
To place an order, you must:
- Select a product from our store.
- Complete the checkout process.
- Submit your story and preferences via our secure form.
Orders will not be processed until the full submission form is completed. Delivery begins once all required materials are received.
3. Turnaround Time
Estimated delivery time:
- Lyric Light: 2–4 business days
- VibeCraft: 3–6 business days
- SoulTrack Pro: 5–8 business days
We aim to meet these timeframes but delays may occur in rare circumstances. We will notify you if this happens.
4. Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of your original story submission.
- SoulCoded retains the rights to the song, lyrics, and audio we create, unless otherwise agreed.
- You are granted a personal license to use and share the content for non-commercial use.
- For commercial rights, please contact us to discuss licensing.
5. Revisions & Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our work:
- Refunds are not offered once work has started.
- Minor revisions (e.g., line changes or tone adjustments) are included depending on your package.
- Major rewrites or resubmissions may require an additional fee.
If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us — we’ll do our best to make it right.
6. Content Guidelines
You agree not to submit stories or content that:
- Include hate speech, violence, or illegal activity.
- Contain misleading or false information.
- Infringe on third-party intellectual property.
We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates these terms.
7. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely via Shopify. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, though your confirmed order price will always be honored.

We respect your privacy. All personal information and story submissions are kept confidential and will only be used to fulfill your order.
